Renovation
Wider and open space, full of light, energy, and life.
The concept of this renovation was organize, optimize and energize. The Ground floor was reorganized to clean the main areas so the toilet, rooms and storage becomed bigger. Now each room has their own big wardrobe. The hall is more clean and tidy.
On the first floor, the staircase is now open, giving much more light to every area and a bigger sense of the space. Now every area of the house has more space and more light.
Option 1 adds another wc on the first floor which is useful for the rooms located there. Also has an additional 4th room, so the apartment was a three bedroom unit and now is a four bedroom unit. each room with their own generous storage space.
The living area is open and integrated with the kitchen.
Option 2 becomes a 2 bedroom apartment with a huge kitchen and living area. The Ground floor remains the same while the First floor is optimized into a large Kitchen full of light and a cozy and elegant living room and dining room with an extra useful wc.

The original plan shows a disorganized and not very smart use of the space.
Option 1
This option add more storage space, an extra wc and an extra room.
Option 2
Option 2 keeps the private uses on Ground Floor and public on first floor addinig a lot of space to the kitchen, the living and an extra wc.

The style is fresh, modern. The space recovers it's energy, light and life.
Option 1 Ground floor. Increases the toilet area enough to add another basin and create a more intimate area for the wc.

First Floor. The opening of the staircase gives more light and energy to the hole space. By reorganising and opening the storage space to the rest of the house we gain space to add another wc upstairs which is quite useful. Also the death spaces were open and used to create another room. For the social area, an openplan was the best option in terms of light and use of the space.
